lounge it has been fully re upholstered and
also had new carpets fitted through out.
The caravan will come fully equipped with TV video microwave fridge
freezer Hoover iron hairdryer
all the bedding quilts etc the caravan has its own ran tec alarm system
smoke detectors.
I have had this caravan from new and it has been used for subletting on
he holiday park it is in very good condition and you can still sublet
the caravan if you wish.
I have included all the 2008 site fees which are £3100 a year this is
included in the price of sale also Havens 17.5% commission for the
change over also the vat of 15% will be paid for you.
I have been doing caravans for over 12 years on the site and I still
have 4 more caravans which I own if you would like me to help in running
the caravan for you I can do or I will help you do it your self

The reason I am selling the caravan is eventually I
would like to sell all my vans as I have now gone in to other
ventures and also my children have now all grown up and we don't use
the caravans as much as we did do. I started in caravans 12 years
ago and brought just 1 then I ended up with 5 of them with the money
I earned through subletting. I will be very sad to see the caravans
go as I have enjoyed doing them very much.

couple of days then this also can
be arranged but I will charge £50 a night for the stay and if you
then purchase the caravan it will be deducted off the price of the
