Volkswagen T5 Camper Van - New Conversion
This is a newly converted Volkswagen T5 Camper Van produced by Classy
Campers. The van is a 1.9 TDi 2004 with 66500 miles, it has been kept
fully serviced by Volkswagen and we have just completed a full service,
also changing the cam belt at the same time, all parts used are genuine
Volkswagen parts.
The van has under gone a fully re-spray into a metallic gun metal grey
colour, all door handles have been colour coded along with the wing
mirrors. We have also fitted a set of 20” alloys with lower profile
tyres to finish the look.
The interior is made up of a long unit which houses the cooker/sink,
fridge and storage cupboards. There is then a rear wardrobe unit which
also houses the 240/12 Volt electrics. The interior has been made out of
natural oak veneered ply and trimmed off in solid oak to a very high
standard. The combination cooker sink is produced by Smev and the fridge
is a Waeco cr50, which is a high quality compressor fridge. There is a
rock and roll bed fitted in the rear which folds out to a full 6 foot 1,
it has been covered in VW Inca to match the front seats, the foam is
high density 3”, three point seat belts have been fitted to the seat as
well.
The electric system is run from a Sargent unit which supplies all the
240 Volt systems when hooked up and chargers the 110 amp leisure
battery. When not hooked up the leisure battery runs all the 12 volt
supplies along with the fridge and all lighting. The Sargent unit is
also linked up to the vans 12 volt supply which charges the leisure
battery when the van is running.
We have fitted a low level front elevating roof which also houses the
top bed.
Tinted windows have been fitted all round, the glass has been supplied
direct from Volkswagen.

Mechanically there is no fault with the van and it
drives and runs in perfect condition, this is a 85BHP model but we
have chipped the van up to 105BHP which also increases the torque.
We will also supply the van with a full 12 months MOT for peace of
mind.
We are located in Weston Super Mare and viewing/test driving is more

vans are re sprayed so again you would be able to choose your own
colour and style of van.
