My husband and I both in our 60's require a static caravan to either buy or rent on a residential basis. We currently work as caravan park wardens but will need use of the caravan for at least 5 months of the year through the winter with a view to 11/ 12 months usage in a couple of years time. We have no pets and are non smokers.
